How much does the subscription cost?
The price is a fixed monthly fee. It depends on the number of computers, servers and users and on the on-site visits needed. You receive it in writing after the free assessment — with no hidden fees.
Am I committing to anything if I request an assessment?
No. The survey and quote are free and carry no obligation. The contract term and conditions are agreed individually and set out clearly in the quote.
How quickly do you respond to a problem?
We fix most problems remotely during the call itself. Response and on-site visit times are written into the contract, so you know exactly what to expect.
What isn't included in the subscription?
New hardware, software licences and consumables are paid for separately and always with your approval. The quote clearly sets out what the subscription covers.
Do you work with companies outside Sofia?
Yes. We serve companies in Sofia, Plovdiv, Pazardzhik, Kostenets, Ihtiman, Belovo and the region — remotely and on-site.
Can CCTV be included in the subscription?
Yes. As an official Hikvision distributor, we can include maintenance of cameras and recorders in the same subscription.
How do you protect access to our systems and data?
We only access your systems with your permission and over secure connections. If needed, we also sign a confidentiality agreement.
